Limitation & Challenges[i] Faced by the Project (during reporting Period)

  • The UP Chairmen and Members were found very busy with their professional work and most of the time they could not manage time for the meeting.
  •  Most of the monthly event crossed the local conveyance budget due to political instability and long distance of the working field.
  • There were huge threats of Petrol Booms and picketing while a political demonstration was going on.

6.2 Response Plan of Limitation & Challenge:

Weakness & Challenges Way of Response
The UP Chairmen and Members were found verybusy with their professional work and most of the time they could not manage time for the meeting Often communicated with them and settled meeting date and time considering their availability of the time. .
Most of the monthly event crossed the local conveyance budget due to political instabilityand long distance of the working field. Considering the location as well as political crisis we are trying to reorganized the monthly events and review the budget heads with the concern of MJF.
There were huge threats of Petrol Booms and picketing while a political demonstration wasgoing on. Entire project staffs are advised to move safely while political crisis is going on.
