The project “Leaving No One Behind: Improving Skills and Economic Opportunities for the Host Community in Cox’s Bazar,” supported by BRAC, commenced in Harbang, Chakaria, Cox’s Bazar. This skill development initiative, led by BASTOB, runs from April 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024, aiming to provide vocational training and improve economic opportunities for the local community. Activities include a combination of personal development sessions and hands-on technical training in fields like beauty parlour services, IT, mobile phone servicing, and motorcycle mechanics.
During 2023-2024 fiscal year, the following sessions and technical trainings were conducted as part of a comprehensive skills development program aimed at 200 learners. The program covered a range of personal development and technical skills, with a focus on both theoretical and practical learning.
