Uplifting the lives of the Elderly People
This is programme supported by Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) and BASTOB. The aim of the project is to minimize miseries of elderly people of project areas. BASTOB is implementing this programme since July 2017 in Bilashpur Union of Dohar Upazilla, Under Dhaka district.
Male-female all the disadvantaged elderly people of Bilashpur Union are the stakeholder of the project. The main activities of this programme are establishment of social centre, disbursement of allowance for elderly people, special savings, pension scheme, recognition of the contribution of elderly people and other service providers’ work.
